Bounce meets Muskeltraining


Du suchst ein Ganzkörpertraining, das deine gesamte Muskulatur kräftigt und dabei die sensationellen Effekte des Bouncens auf dem Trampolin nutzt?


Dann ist diese App genau das Richtige für dich:

Systematische Kräftigung aller Muskelgruppen, Anregung des Fettstoffwechsels, Förderung des Herzkreislauf-, Lymph- und Immunsystems, Stärkung der Konzentrationsfähigkeit, Verbesserung der koordinativen Fähigkeiten (z.B. des Gleichgewichts und der Rhythmusfähigkeit), Stressabbau, Ausschüttung positiver Hormone u.v.m. Wir trainieren 4 Wochen lang etwa 20 Minuten täglich und kräftigen dabei jeden Tag ganz gezielt eine Muskelgruppe, um der restlichen Muskulatur die nötige Regenerationszeit zu geben.

Am 6. Trainingstag der jeweiligen Woche schwingen wir ganz locker und freuen uns auf das Stretching am 7. Tag.


Dabei nimmt die Intensität des Trainings von Woche zu Woche zu, sodass wir uns progressiv steigern und einen maximalen Trainingseffekt erzielen.

Systematic strengthening of all muscle groups, stimulation of fat metabolism, promotion of the cardiovascular, lymphatic and immune systems, strengthening of the ability to concentrate, improvement of the coordination skills (e.g. balance and rhythm ability), stress reduction, release of positive hormones and much more. We train for about 20 minutes a day for 4 weeks, strengthening one muscle group every day to give the rest of the muscles the necessary regeneration time.

On the 6th training day of the respective week, we swing easily and look forward to stretching on the 7th day.


The intensity of the training increases from week to week, so that we progressively increase and achieve a maximum training effect.
